LEARNING SUPPORTS

Friends Ottawa Tango Marathon 2023
PRIVATE TANGO PRACTICE
Tracey will partner with leaders or followers to refine the embrace, support body conditioning, solo technique and to polish what they already know.
CONDITIONING FOR BODY, MIND & HEART
Tracey thrives in offering multi-disciplinary solo practices that condition the dancer’s body, mind and heart for the balance, precision and geometry of tango. Moving mindfulness practices and self-inquiry invite the learner to engage in tango beyond physicality.
PERFORMANCES
BEGINNERS
Tracey remembers and honours the experience of starting tango as a newcomer. She paves the on-ramp to tango’s autoroute for beginners by focusing on the fundamentals that we apply throughout our tango journey and practice to continuously refine.
SMALL GROUP PRACTICES
Tracey believes in the power of small groups to maximize creativity and learning and to build a patient and compassionate learning community. Ask her about semi-private small group themed practices.

Testimonials
Yoga with Tracey was something I always looked forward to because she set a goal and intention for each class and let us take the time to be guided through each pose to ensure we got into them properly and safely. Her supervision and instruction was clear and concise which helped me open to grace and enrich my understanding of my practice. Tracey is a truly inspirational yoga teacher.
Sylvia, yoga student
Tracey was instrumental in transforming our local tango scene for the better. She offered foundational technique that helped every leader and follower who took her classes; she worked one-on-one with those willing to go deeper with her extensive knowledge and understanding of the embrace; she organized classes with maestros who taught the most important fundamentals for us to bring onto the floor. I saw our community grow and thrive with her dedication and passion. She raised us all up, and her influence continues to this day.
